Baked Pears
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 pears
¼ cup xylitol
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ cup almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
4 teaspoons Camellia tea oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Cut pears in half and core.
- In a small bowl, combine xylitol, cinnamon, almonds, flour, and tea oil.
- Place pears in an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Spoon almond about 1 tablespoon or so of almond mixture into center of each pear.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until pears are soft.
- Serve warm.
