UV Natural sunscreen
Hands down, this is the best sunscreen on the market—natural or otherwise. I have been using it for nearly three years and wouldn’t even dream of using anything else. Even my naturally skeptical husband swears by it…likely because it was created by an Australian medical doctor who also happens to be an avid surfer!
Not only is UV Natural completely pure, but it works for hours on end, which means that you don’t have to reapply every 20 seconds. Plus, it’s water resistant!
It uses zinc oxide as its active ingredient, but somehow they’ve managed to keep the lotion smooth and creamy, with no annoying chalky white streaks. Charme and Revenir
High-tech is usually not my thing, but when I learned about Charme and Revenir during a health cruise several years ago, I was immediately intrigued. And when I tried them for myself, I was instantly hooked.
Both devices are hand-held water systems that deliver electrolyzed water solutions to help promote healthy skin. It sounds more confusing and complicated than it actually is.
In order for water (or anything for that matter) to penetrate your skin’s acid mantle, it must be specially treated. In a chemical process known as electrolysis (no, not the hair removal kind), the molecular structure of water is reconfigured to create minute particles. These particles can then penetrate the skin’s surface—unlike regular water—hydrating and rejuvenating your skin from the inside out.
It is the concept that makes Charme and Revenir so revolutionary. Charme delivers low pH, sodium chloride-infused water that is freshly ionized each time you spray. This solution is then able to penetrate to the deepest layers of the skin to promote healing.
Using the same technology as Charme, Revenir adds pure ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to a purified water solution to create a powerful antioxidant solution that can penetrate your skin’s barrier all the way to the dermis.
