Luxe Tea

The first time I tasted this tea at the Fancy Food trade show in New York City, I wanted to run into the nearest room and close and lock the door, so no one could take it away from me.

Luxe has some of the most interesting and decadent flavors you’ll ever find. My personal favorite is the decaffeinated chocolate mint—a blend of real semi-sweet chocolate, natural peppermint leaves, and Indian Darjeeling tea. Plus, they use a CO2 decaffeinating process, rather than harmful chemicals, to strip the tea of caffeine. It’s all you need to fend off that sugar craving.

Then there’s the herbal Strawberry Seduction—a blend of strawberries, apples, and hibiscus that will have you begging for more! And their green teas taste like traditional green is supposed to taste—a little nutty with a touch of bite. Whatever flavor you choose, get ready to sit back and savor the luxury of this amazing tea!

Zhena’s Gypsy Tea

From the first time I tasted this tea at the Natural Products Expo East, I knew I was in love! Gypsy Tea offers truly aromatherapeutic teas that taste as fabulous as they smell.

Whether you choose the coziness of Fireside Chai (made with rooibus, ginger, clove, and nutmeg), the ecstasy of Ambrosia White Plum (made with white tea, green tea, plum, and strawberry leaf), or the serenity of Sense of Peace (made with mint and rose petals), your soul will be transported to a faraway land full of richness and spice.

As if the flavors of Gypsy Tea weren’t amazing enough, Zhena only uses organic, fair trade teas in all of her blends. Moreover, she donates a percentage of the proceeds from the sale of her teas to a wide variety of national and international women’s causes. It is this love, passion, and commitment to people all over the globe that goes into each bag of tea. No wonder Gypsy Tea fills your body and soul with warmth.

Hint Water

If you love the idea of those great-tasting flavored waters, but hate the added sugar and calories, then Hint is the water for you! I know it's the water for me!

Hint is purified water with just a "hint" of fruit essence. It has no sugar, no fat, no calories, no anything. Just amazing taste and thirst-quenching flavor.

Whenever I want a treat...something with a touch of sweet...I immediately reach for Hint. They have nine flavors, but my favorites are the pear, mango grapefruit, and tropical punch. The pear is by far the most refreshing and perfect for a post-workout treat. I like the mango grapefruit and tropical punch mid-afternoon when the "cookie monster" or sugar fairy pays me a visit.

And now I see that Hint has added four new flavors: Honeydew Hibiscus, Hibiscus Vanilla, Blackberry, and Watermelon. That Watermelon is all me!

You can find Hint at most Whole Foods stores or online at drinkhint.com. You can buy a case for $44 and they'll cover the shipping if you live in the 48 contiguous states. Give it a try and tell me your favorite flavor!

Tasmanian Rain

I’m sure you’ve tasted all kinds of bottled water—mineral water, filtered water, spring water, still water, sparkling water. But you’ve never had water like this.

Tasmanian Rain is just that—rainwater captured from the exotic island of Tasmania, Australia. According to the World Meteorological Organization, the air above Tasmania has been proven to be the cleanest in the world. The coolest part is that the rainwater never touches the ground! It is collected, stored, poured into glass bottles, and it’s ready to go.

When you drink Tasmanian Rain, all you taste is pure refreshment. It is one of the most pristine water you’ll ever taste. Just don’t be surprised if you feel the desire to run around barefoot, open-mouthed, with your head tilted to the sky!

Fiji Water

Visit Fiji's Web Site»

My everyday drinking water is Fiji, which is bottled from a source in the South Pacific. Renowned for the natural purifier and filtration system that this crystal clear, still water runs through, Fiji has a pH of 7.5 and has an extremely high concentration of silica (83 mg per liter). Silica is an important dietary component due to its bone-related benefits, as well as its powerful antioxidant properties. Plus, it’s an essential nutrient for your hair and skin, thanks to its collagen-building capabilities.

The best part is that you can find Fiji Water in most grocery stores and convenience stores. The only downside is that it comes in a plastic bottle.
